What happens if I cancel Vitric Complete?
Cancel any time from your account. Your plugins keep working to the end of the period you paid for. After that they stop processing audio until you subscribe again or buy them outright; your sessions still open and your settings stay in them. Any plugin you bought outright is unaffected.
Do the plugins need the internet?
Plugins you buy outright only need it once, to activate, and offline studio computers are covered by the offline route in the license portal. Vitric Complete renews its license on each computer by itself whenever that computer is online, and each computer needs to connect at least once every 30 days to keep the subscription running there.
Is there a free trial?
Every plugin has a free 3-day trial with nothing held back. The subscription has no trial of its own; your first payment is covered by our 14-day money-back guarantee instead.
Can I own a plugin while I subscribe?
Yes. A plugin or bundle you buy outright gets its own license that keeps working whether or not you subscribe.
How many computers can I use?
Up to 3 computers at a time for each plugin, on every kind of license. Moving to a new computer is free.
