The guarantee
Every plugin purchase comes with a 30 day money back guarantee. Ask within 30 days of the purchase and you get a full refund. You do not need to give a reason, though if something in a plugin misbehaved we would genuinely like to know so we can fix it.
How to get a refund
Email support@vitricaudio.com with the email address you bought with, or the order number from your Paddle receipt. That is all we need.
Refunds are processed through Paddle.com, our merchant of record, back to your original payment method. Paddle handles the money, so timing depends on your bank; a few business days is typical. Any VAT or sales tax Paddle collected is refunded with the purchase.
What happens to the license
When a refund is issued the license key is revoked and the plugin returns to demo mode. You can keep the plugin installed and trial or repurchase it later.
Try before you buy
You should not need the guarantee often: every plugin has a free 14 day trial, full function, no feature limits. Run it in your real sessions first. The 30 days exist for what a trial cannot catch, like a project that changed or a machine that did.
